ConnectPoint Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager for a local direct hire opportunity. This position will be an integral part of the management group of the organization. This is fast paced environment with strong growth potential.
The Finance Manager will have the following Skills and Qualifications:
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Drive long-range planning process.
- Establish and monitor performance benchmarks.
- Prepare monthly budget to actual analysis for senior management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- 7+ years experience
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Healthcare background a plus
Compensation:Annual package ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience. An excellent benefits package is also available.
