Are you an experienced financial analyst looking to join a growing company?
ConnectPoint Search Group is currently looking for a Financial Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Sacramento, CA. Our client is an innovative publicly traded organization within the manufacturing industry.
The Financial Analyst will work directly with the CFO and Director of Finance and will play an integral part in the short and long term budgeting process. The Financial Analyst will plan and facilitate the overall budgeting process. Other responsibilities include facilitating the Sales Forecast process, maintaining investor relation models, providing ad hoc project support, conducting internal audits and compliance testing, and other duties as assigned.
The Financial Analyst will have the following Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience including budgeting, cost analysis, data gathering and ad hoc reporting as well as working with dashboards or metrics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solid MS Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required
Compensation:
- Annual salary is $75,000-$90,000 DOE
- An excellent benefits package is included
