ConnectPoint Search Group is currently searching for a Manager of Finance for a direct hire opportunity in Sacramento, CA. Our client is a leader within a highly stable industry. This position provides excellent potential for professional growth within an established organization.
The Manager of Finance will join a fast-paced department and will be responsible for extensive financial forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large multi-departmental budgets, will be able to think strategically about “big picture” issues, and will have excellent managerial skills.
The Manager of Finance will have the following skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
· 8+ years of relevant experience
· Superior technical skills, including MS Word, Excel and Access
· Polished presentation skills
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
· Ability to work with, understand and analyze complex data
Compensation:
· Annual salary is $100,000 to $110,000 DOE
· An excellent benefits package is also included
