ConnectPoint Search Group is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist for a contract to hire or direct hire opportunity. The Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist should be a strong individual with accounting and technical skills with the desire to participate in the ongoing development of the department.
The Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist will have the following Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable and Billing role
- Construction environment highly preferred
- Experience with Timberline, Viewpoint, MasterBuilder, or American Contractor software
- Knowledge of lien laws and backup schedules
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Compensation:
Salary range is commensurate with experience
