We offer an Employer-In-Office Interviewing solution where you interview the short list of candidates in our office, away from distractions and inquisitive minds back at your office. Interviews are scheduled back-to-back so you can efficiently meet and compare candidates in half a day or less. Our Search Consultants debrief with both you and the candidate and are able to provide immediate feedback. This is a very efficient and effective process and is offered as an interview alternative for you. We’ll handle all the details and even provide light snacks and beverages.
A note on Job Postings relating to Confidentiality: We post ads on our ConnectPoint Search Group website, MRINetwork.com and certain Job Boards to further our exposure in the market with prospective Clients and Professionals. We will ask for your permission prior to posting a position related to your company. If we post your position, we will not reveal your company information and will maintain the strictest of confidentiality.
Additionally, we NEVER post a position that does not exist.
